Paperless Office

If you have a system that uses a lot of paper, take a look at it and see where things can be changed so that the documents can be accessed by computer. If you set up a way that documents are created and distributed and stored electronically from the get-go, then this is a great way to have an efficent paperless office. 1. A paperless office means that more resources are being saved. And the more we save, the more resources we can use for other purposes. If all offices become paperless, just imagine the number of trees we can save for Mother Earth. :)
